Custom sheet extrusion in a variety of materials and colors run to
your exact specifications!
Materials include:
ABS - Monolayer and co-extruded (in virgin cap w / utility base). Used for computer
housings, automotive trim, boat accessories and more.
PETG - Medical and food grade with excellent clarity, good in cold weather 100%
recyclable. Used in medical trays, food, cosmetic packaging.
Polyethylene - Comes in HDPE, LDPE and HMWPE. Printable grades for signage
or mud flaps. Can be modified with talc or calcium carbonate for dimensional
stability. Good in moisture with slick finish.
Polypropylene - Co-polymer used in food, medical, orthopedic and toys. Modified
grades are microwave safe.
PVC - Manufactured in rigid or flexible. Good for outdoor applications.
Tuff-X - Exhibit exceptional toughness and durability. Good CLTE makes this a
good fiberglass replacement.
